Product capture
We physically handle each and every item. We weigh, measure and photograph it. We offer both mobile and fixed location state-of-the-art product capture facilities. We also work closely with national distributors to capture member-supplier’s product data directly from their facilities.

We use the latest sensing equipment to weigh and measure each item including its case and inner pack. Infrared and ultrasonic sensing technology coupled with highly precise scales ensure accurate and reliable results.

Product photography
Leveraging advanced photographic technology, including laser alignment tools and robotic controlled cameras, IX-ONE provides high-resolution photographs of your products (items, inner packs and cases) including a 360-degree spin image. We provide the highest quality images, which can be used for all your product photography needs.

Data collection
We electronically “scrape” all available information from the label images taken in Step 1 to provide our members accurate, verified product information. We combine that with non-label data, sourced from our supplier members, to present a complete dataset for each item within the IX-ONE exchange.
